Responsibilities
In this position, you will take care of the overnight transportation of live chickens to destinations within Belgium. You will pick them up from the farmers and take them to the slaughterhouse. Your duties will also include loading and unloading cages using a forklift. When the job is done, you will need to make sure the truck is washed at the depot so that it is ready to leave the next night
Remember: The work is specific for someone for whom the rural smell is not a problem.
You will work 12 to 15 hours a night, and your day will start between 7:00 and 8:00 p.m. Your week will last from Sunday evening to Friday morning. You will make +/- 2 trips per day during your working hours.
Job requirements
- Communicative knowledge of the English language
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CE driver
- Driving license cat. CE , Code 95 and a digital tachograph card
- Work experience driving a tandem with a steered axle is MUST
- Experience with operating a forklift is MUST
- Own car to drive to/from work
We offer
- Weekly payment (approx. € 800-1000 net)
- Hourly wage € 15,1195 gross + ARAB € 1,7790 + extras
- Daily allowance: € 10 net
