Step-by-step: the application process

Here’s how the application process at 24/7 drive works, from your application to your first working day.

  1. Your application
You apply via our website by responding to a vacancy or by sending an open application through our contact form.

  2. Contact with your recruiter
After your application, one of our recruiters will contact you for a personal conversation. Together, you discuss your work experience, driving licences, availability and preferences for work in the Netherlands or Belgium. After this you will be asked to provide detailed information about your professional experience via email. A reference check is also part of the process.

  3. Matching with the right job
Based on your profile, we look for a suitable job and employer. We do not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. The goal is a match that fits both you and the client.

  4. Registration form
If there is a match, you will receive an e-mail with a registration form. Completing this is an important step in the process. Based on this information, the employment contract will be drawn up between you and our agency.

  5. Documents, contract and practical arrangements

We help you arrange everything you need, such as:

    • Your employment contract
    • Required documents
    • Accommodation

Your recruiter explains everything clearly, so you know exactly what to expect.

  6. Ready for your first working day

Once you have arrived in the Netherlands or Belgium, we will prepare all official documents, sign your contract and visit the client. You receive a clear explanation about your first working day. We remain available if you have any questions or need support.
