CE Truck Driver | Shop Distribution
Become a CE truck driver in the Netherlands and work in professional retail distribution. You deliver non-food products to stores in the Netherlands and Belgium. This is a stable job with many working hours and clear planning. You work with modern equipment and an electric pallet truck. 24/7 drive supports you from the first day.

Responsibilities
As a CE driver shop distribution, you are responsible for safe and on-time deliveries to retail stores.
- Start every day from the distribution center in Heteren
- Deliver pallets with non-food retail products
- Drive with a box trailer
- Load and unload pallets with an electric pallet truck (EPT)
- Work from Monday to Saturday
- Start between 04:00 and 06:00 in the morning
- Complete 2–3 routes per day
- Drive in the Netherlands and Belgium
- Have direct contact with store staff during delivery

We offer
- Weekly payment (approx. € 900 – 1000 net, excluding accommodation and health insurance costs)
- Hourly wage € 20.24 gross (depending on experience, 2026 TLN scale)
- Overtime after 40 hours 130%
- Saturday 150%
- Sunday 200%
- 50–55 working hours per week
- Travel allowance €0.23 per km from 10 km
- €0.83 net compensation per hour
- Good pension plan in line with the TLN Collective Labor Agreement
- 24 vacation days + addition of age-related days + 8% vacation allowance (paid once a year)

Job requirements
- Driving license CE, Code 95 and valid Driver Card
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a truck driver
- Experience with urban distribution and deliveries in city centers
- Communicative knowledge of the English language.
- Own car to travel to work
- Responsible and reliable working attitude
