At 24/7 drive, we are always looking for new colleagues. Do you enjoy working through 24/7 drive as much as we do? Then make it even more fun by introducing your friends, acquaintances, former colleagues, or family to us in exchange for a nice bonus!

You know better than anyone what it is like to work at 24/7 drive. That is why you are the best judge of whether your friend fits in at 24/7 drive. Do you know someone you would like to introduce to us? Then sign them up using the form at the bottom of this page!

Bonus

If you refer a new colleague – and it turns out to be a good match – you will receive a bonus of €250 or €500*! The amount depends on the type of colleague you refer (truck driver or other logistics personnel).

If we hire a new colleague* through you and this colleague has worked 520 hours, you will receive the first reward of 50% of the total amount. After the next 520 hours worked, you will receive the second part, i.e., the remaining 50% of the total amount. This way, you earn a total reward of €250 or €500 gross for referring a new colleague*!

If someone is hired as a result of your referral, you will always receive a message about this from the relevant branch.

* Condition: the candidate has not been employed by 24/7 drive for the past 6 months.
** The bonus will only be paid out as long as you are employed by us. The bonus is paid out gross.

How it works

Do you know someone looking for a position as a C or CE truck driver, loader, co-driver, or logistics employee? Or perhaps someone who would like to take the driver training course? Put them in touch with us! If this person comes to work for us, you will receive a reward!

Ask your friend, acquaintance, former colleague, or family member for permission to recommend them to us.
Fill out the form at the bottom of this page. As soon as we receive the details, we will contact them to schedule an appointment.
If the candidate* joins 24/7 drive and has worked 520 hours, you are entitled to your first reward of €125 or €250.
After the next 520 hours worked, you will receive the second part of your reward, bringing the total amount to €250 or €500.
We will let you know as soon as we have successfully placed the candidate and they have worked 1040 hours.

Referring a driver

If a driver is hired through you and this colleague has worked 3 months and 520 hours, you will receive a reward of €250,-.

Is this person still employed after 6 months and has he / she worked 1040 hours? Then you will receive another €250,-.

Referring a logistic employee

If a logistics employee is hired through you and this colleague has worked for 3 months and 520 hours, you will receive a reward of € 125,-.

Is this person still employed after 6 months and has he / she worked 1040 hours? Then you will receive another € 125,-.
