Responsibilities

As our Key Account Manager, you will play a vital role in expanding our presence in the Polish market. You will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the logistics and transportation sectors
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored recruitment solutions
  • Collaborate closely with our local and international teams to deliver high-quality services
  • Represent 24/7 drive at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Support the growth and professionalization of our Polish operations

Job requirements

We are looking for someone who is driven, commercial, and passionate about building lasting partnerships. You have:

  • Proven experience in account management or business development, ideally within staffing or transportation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset and the ability to work independently
  • Fluency in Polish and English
  • A strong local network is an advantage

  • Competitive gross monthly salary between 9.000 – 12.000 PLN, depending on experience
