Responsibilities
As a Recruiter you are responsible for the entire recruitment and selection process and you are the main point of contact for candidates but also for your colleagues from our organization.
No day is the same!
There is a lot of variety in activities and the interaction with candidates and colleagues makes the work dynamic. You get the freedom to organize your own agenda, to realize ideas and to do what you think is necessary to bring talents to our clients.
Is this a challenge? Certainly!
That is why you also need your own vision about recruitment strategies.
Which strategy do we apply when and how? It is up to you to contribute to the further professionalization and development of recruitment within 24/7 drive.
Are you an independent person who likes challenges? Do you have experience within the Recruitment field? Are you passionate about people, discovering their ambitions and matching them with their future employers?

Your target group?
You may think of production and logistics employees but also technique professionals: welders, truck mechanics, etc.
Job requirements
- You are a native speaker of Bulgaria language
- You like a challenge and you have the ambition to develop yourself
- Administration is your strength
- You have a very good command of the English language
- You are willing to travel to the Netherlands 2-3 times a year
- Social media has no secrets for you, posting job offers, searching for recruitment channels
- Furthermore you have proven experience as a Recruiter or HR specialist
We offer
- Salary between 1.800-2.200 BGN netto per month
- Challenging position in a young, international and ambitious team
- Bonus scheme / 13th month (depending on performance and company results)
