Driver CE hook lift (sleeping in a truck)
As a CE Driver Hooklift Truck based in Eindhoven, you are responsible for transporting, swapping, and moving containers during multi-day trips only.
Start a stable job as a CE truck driver in the Netherlands and help keep cities clean and organized. You work with modern hooklift trucks and transport containers for different clients. This job offers many working hours, weekly payment, and good conditions under the TLN collective labor agreement. You work independently while remaining part of a supportive team. Responsibilities
- Start of the working day between 05:00 and 06:00
- Hooklift truck – multi-day trips only: departure on Monday, return typically on Friday
- During the week, you sleep in the truck cabin while on route
- Loading and unloading containers using a hooklift system
- Swapping full and empty containers at customer locations
- Transporting containers nationwide within the Netherlands and sometimes abroad
- Ensuring safe transport operations and correct loading of goods
- Working in line with TLN collective labor agreement conditions
- Possibility of overtime or deployment in other transport disciplines
We offer
- Weekly payment (approx. € 900– 1000+ net, excl. accommodation and health insurance)
- Hourly wage € 18,71 – € 20,24 gross (TLN D6 – 2026)
- € 65,04 net overnight allowance per full day
- Overtime after 40 hours 130% – Saturday 150% – Sunday 200%
- 40–50 working hours per week
- Travel allowance €0.23 per km
- Good pension plan in line with the TLN Collective Labor Agreement
- 27,5 vacation days + addition of age-related days + 8% vacation allowance
- Dutch contract
- Accommodation (single rooms) and health insurance arranged
- Work system 3/1 or 6/2 is possible
- Modern trucks and stable long-term work
Job requirements
- Communicative knowledge of the English language.
- CE driving license, valid Code 95 and Driver Card
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a truck driver
- Experience with hooklift is an advantage
- Good physical condition
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Willingness to stay overnight in the truck
