CE Truck Driver | Hooklift Recycling
Start as a CE truck driver hooklift transport in the Netherlands with 24/7 drive. You work for a growing recycling company in Eindhoven. You drive modern trucks and transport containers with paper and cardboard. The job offers stable hours, clear planning and a lot of independence. Responsibilities
As a CE driver hooklift, you drive daily routes in the Netherlands and Belgium.
• Start time 06:00
• Work 45–50 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• Location: Eindhoven
• Driving a hooklift truck, sometimes with trailer (conventional combination)
• Placing empty containers and collecting full containers
• Securing the load yourself and climbing on the truck when needed
• Daily vehicle checks
• Registering trips and load details
• Short customer contact on site
• Following safety rules
• Once every 6 weeks on-call duty (extra allowance paid)
This is physical and varied work. You drive independently but stay in contact with the planning team.
We offer
- Weekly payment approx. € 800 (excluding accomodation and health insurance)
- Hourly wage € 16,64 – € 20,24 gross (TLN 2026 scale, depending on experience)
- €0.83 net compensation per hour
- Overtime after 40 hours 130%
- Saturday 150%
- Sunday 200%
- Workweek of 45–50 hours
- Travel allowance €0.23 per km from 10 km
- Good pension plan in line with the TLN Collective Labor Agreement
- 24 vacation days + addition of age-related days + 8% vacation allowance (paid once a year)

Job requirements
- CE driving license, valid Code 95 and Driver Card
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a truck driver
- Communicative knowledge of the English language.
- Physically fit and able to climb and secure loads
- Responsible and technically skilled
- Experience with conventional combinations
- Experience with hooklift systems
- VCA certificate is an advantage
- Own transport to Eindhoven
