Driver CE between DC’s

Responsibilities

• Transport fresh products between distribution centres (DC to DC).
• Drive a CE truck with a box trailer.
• Load and unload roll containers.
• Perform additional manual loading and unloading when required.
• Collect empty roll containers.
• Complete transport documents and report missing products.
• Stay in contact with the planning department through the on-board computer.
• Work according to company procedures and transport regulations.
• Work Monday to Sunday according to the legal driving and rest time rules.
• Choose day or night shifts.
• Working days are approximately 10–12 hours with around 5–8 stops per shift.
• Average working week: 50 hours.

We offer

• Weekly payment (approx. €900–€1,100 net, excluding accommodation and health insurance).
• Hourly wage €16.64–€20.24 gross, depending on experience.
• €0.83 net compensation per hour.
• Overtime after 40 hours: 130%.
• Saturday allowance: 150%.
• Sunday allowance: 200%.
• Dutch employment contract.
• Travel allowance €0.23 per km from 10 km.
• Good pension plan in line with the TLN Collective Labor Agreement.
• 24 vacation days + addition of age-related days + 8% vacation allowance (paid once a year).
• Accommodation in single rooms.

Job requirements

• Communicative knowledge of the English language.
• Valid CE driving licence, Code 95 and digital Driver Card.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CE truck driver.
• Experience in shop/supermarket distribution.
• Experience driving a truck in the Netherlands.
• Own car for travelling to and from work.
• Flexible attitude towards day, night and weekend work.
• Willingness to perform loading and unloading.
