Not always. Some companies accept drivers with 0–1 year of experience for basic routes. For ADR, tankers, containers or international routes, experience is usually required. Together we find the job that matches your skills.

Yes, we offer different types of work, such as city distribution, supermarket deliveries, refrigerated transport, ADR, container transport, international transport, and various warehouse and logistics roles.

For truck driver positions, communicative English is needed. For warehouse or production work, English is sometimes less important. We tell you in advance what is required.

The process usually takes 1 to 7 days, depending on your documents and the project. We ensure a fast and smooth onboarding.

FAQ - jobs in the Netherlands and Belgium

Working hours vary per job and employer, but you can generally expect around 40 to 60 working hours per week. Truck drivers often work more, usually around 50–60 hours, while warehouse, production or logistics jobs typically involve about 40 hours. We always take your preferences into account — whether you want many hours, fewer hours, day shifts or night shifts, everything is possible.

With a valid EU driving licence you can work in the Netherlands and Belgium. Some jobs require additional qualifications, such as Code 95, a digital tachograph card or ADR. Our recruiters will advise you on what is needed for your situation. Make sure you hold EU nationality. You can only get a work permit if you have a passport from an EU country.
