CE Truck Driver | Frigo Transport
Join our team as a CE Truck Driver in the Netherlands. You will transport temperature-controlled food products to customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. You will work 50–60 hours per week, with a good weekly salary and support from 24/7 drive. You will receive training and start driving with a mentor.

Responsibilities
- Transport temperature-controlled food products in a refrigerated truck (frigo).
- Deliver goods to 5–8 locations per day in the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Load and unload goods manually or with an electric pallet truck (EPT).
- Handle pallets, roll containers and rolly containers.
- Work 10–12 hours per day, with daily planning.
- Work from Monday to Friday and once every two weeks at the weekend.
- Choose between day, afternoon or evening shifts in agreement with the planner.
- Occasionally sleep in the truck. Overnight stays are not mandatory.
- Complete a 3-day training period, including 1 paid day, followed by driving with a mentor.
- Work with different trucks.
We offer
- Weekly salary: €850 – €1,000 (excluding costs of accomodation and health insurance)
- Hourly wage: €17.99 – €20.24 gross, depending on experience (TLN 2026 pay scale D3–D6).
- €0.83 net compensation per hour.
- Overtime after 40 hours: 130%, Saturday: 150%, Sunday: 200%.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre from 10 km.
- Good pension plan in line with the TLN Collective Labor Agreement.
- 24 vacation days, additional age-related days and 8% vacation allowance, paid once a year.

Job requirements
- Communicative knowledge of the English language.
- CE driving licence, valid Code 95 and a valid Driver Card.
- 1 year of experience as a CE truck driver.
- 6 months of experience driving a refrigerated truck.
- Own car required.
- Willingness to load and unload goods.
