C Truck Driver | Paper Collection | Hooklift
We are looking for an experienced C Truck Driver to join our team in Den Bosch.
You will be responsible for collecting paper containers from business customers on national routes throughout the Netherlands, using a hook-lift system.

Responsibilities
As a C Truck Driver, you are responsible for collecting paper containers safely and completing your daily routes according to planning.
- Drive a C truck with a hook-lift system on fixed routes in Brabant region
- Collect paper containers from regular business customers
- Operate the hook-lift system on the truck
- Visit approximately 4-5 addresses per day, with a maximum of 8 stops
- Start work at approximately 08:00 and finish at approximately 17:00
- Work from Monday to Friday
- Work approximately 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week
- Complete daily routes according to planning.
- Maintain proper care of the vehicle and transported goods.
- Follow all applicable driving, safety and working-time regulations.
We offer
- Weekly payment approx. € 600-€ 650 net (excluding cost of accommodation and health insurance).
- Hourly wage: €19.46 gross (TLN CAO 2026 – Scale D5).
- €0.83 net compensation per hour.
- Overtime after 40 hours: 130%.
- Saturday: 150%.
- Sunday: 200%.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km from 10 km.
- 40 working hours per week
- Good pension plan in line with the TLN Collective Labor Agreement.
- 24 vacation days + addition of age-related days + 8% vacation allowance (paid once a year).
- Dutch employment contract.
- Single-room accommodation.
Job requirements
- Communicative knowledge of the English language
- C driving license, valid Code 95 and Driver Card
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a truck driver
- Minimum 2 years of experience with a similar type of truck
- Own car to drive to work/home
