Outbound warehouse worker

Responsibilities
- Unloading containers and trucks carrying parcels
- Manually handling packages and placing them on conveyor belts
- Sorting parcels according to their destinations
- Scanning packages and checking labels
- Preparing parcels for further transportation
- Handling packages of various sizes and weights
- Checking parcels for visible damage
- Keeping the unloading area clean and safe
- Following safety procedures and warehouse regulations
- Preload (morning shift): Start time between 04:00 and 04:30 (depending on the department)
- Daysort: Start time 11:30 (can be earlier during busy periods, currently starting at 11:00)
- Twilight: Start time between 16:30 and 18:00
- Midnight: Shift hours 23:30 to 03:00
- Possible shift combinations: Preload + Daysort, and Twilight + Midnight
We offer
- Weekly payment: approx. € 300–€500 net
- Hourly wage: € 15,85 gross
- Overtime after 40 hours 130%
- Saturday 150%
- Sunday 200%
- 20–40 hours per week
- Travel allowance €0.23 per km from 10 km
- Good pension plan in line with the TLN Collective Labor Agreement
- 24 vacation days + addition of age-related days + 8% vacation allowance, paid once a year

Job requirements
- Communicative level of English
- Experience in a logistics or warehouse position is a plus
- Ability to maintain an overview and work in a clean, organized manner
- Physically fit and comfortable with active work
- Ability to work accurately, independently, and with a practical attitude
- Own accommodation and transport
- VOG needed
