Driver C Waste Collection
Make a visible difference in your region. Based in the Roosendaal area, you’ll head out every day with modern equipment and, together with your colleagues, ensure a safe, clean, and well-organized living environment.

Responsibilities
- Driving a modern commercial vehicle on fixed routes in West Brabant
- Performing route-specific tasks as part of public services
- Working day shifts from Monday through Friday
- Occasional work on Saturdays, as agreed
- Collaborating with colleagues and providing support as needed
- Regularly getting in and out of the vehicle during the route, which keeps you physically active
- Interacting with residents and visitors and answering questions
- Working in accordance with clear safety regulations and procedures
- Participating in on-call, winter, and irregular shifts when necessary
- Handling equipment, the environment, and other road users with care
We offer
- Weekly payment approx. €675 – € 750 net per week (excluding accommodation and health insurance)
- Hourly wage: € 16,67 - € 19,72 gross per hour
- Allowances in accordance with the GEO Process and Services CBA
- On-call allowance of up to €40.19 per 24-hour period
- Meal allowance of €14.00
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (maximum €11.50 per day)
- Generous pension plan through STIPP
- Vacation days in accordance with the GEO Process and Services Collective Bargaining Agreement
- 8.33% vacation pay

Job requirements
- Class C driver’s license, valid Code 95, and a driver card
- Minimum MBO level of work and thinking
- Good command of the Dutch or English language
- Willingness to work on-call, evening, weekend, and winter shifts
- Safety-conscious and responsible in your work
- Ability to work independently and collaborate well with colleagues
- Flexible and team-oriented attitude
- Experience as a driver is a plus, but not required
