CE Truck Driver | Supermarket Distribution
Start a stable trucking job in the Netherlands with one of the leading logistics providers in supermarket distribution. As a CE Truck Driver, you will deliver goods to Albert Heijn stores in the Tilburg region. This position is ideal for experienced drivers who enjoy independent work, long working days, and direct store deliveries. You will begin on a modern rigid truck and later transition to a CE combination as the fleet expands.

Responsibilities
- Deliver supermarket goods to Albert Heijn stores
- Drive a refrigerated vehicle with a steering axle trailer
- Start on a rigid truck and later move to a CE combination vehicle
- Complete 1–2 trips per day
- Deliver to several stores per trip
- Unload goods independently using roll containers
- Handle delivery documents and return goods
- Report shortages and irregularities
- Work with the onboard computer and follow route instructions
- Maintain professional contact with store personnel during deliveries
Working schedule
- Work according to a 5/5 system
- A 6th working day may be requested when necessary
- Start times between 02:00 and 06:00
- Average working day: 12–14 hours
- Work between Monday and Sunday according to planning
- Minimum one weekend day every two weeks
- Availability during Christmas, New Year, Easter, and other bank holidays is required
- First working days are completed with a mentor
- Training days are paid only when the driver continues working for the company after the training period
- Intake and communication take place mainly by phone with the planning department
We offer
- Weekly payment (approx. €850 - €1,000 net, excluding accommodation and health insurance)
- Hourly wage €20.24 gross + allowances (TLN D6 scale)
- €0.83 net compensation per hour
- Overtime after 40 hours: 130%
- Saturday hours: 150%
- Sunday hours: 200%
- Night allowance (21:00–05:00): 19% extra
- 50–55 working hours per week
- Travel allowance €0.23 per km from 10 km (max. 35 km)
- Good pension plan in line with the TLN Collective Labor Agreement
- 24 vacation days + addition of age-related days + 8% vacation allowance (paid once a year)
- Dutch contract
- Accommodation in a single room
- Support with registration, documents, and opening a Dutch bank account
- Possibility to work in a 2/2 or 4/4 system when a second driver is available

Job requirements
- Communicative knowledge of the English language.
- Valid CE driving licence, Code 95, and digital Driver Card
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a truck driver in distribution transport
- Experience with supermarket distribution is strongly preferred
- Own car for travel to and from work
- Good physical condition for daily unloading activities
- Ability to work independently with limited on-site support
- Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and bank holidays
