Garbage Truck Loader | Waste Collection
Work as a garbage truck loader in the Netherlands and help collect household and industrial waste. You will work outdoors and stay active during your working day. The job offers stable work, weekly payment and support with accommodation and health insurance if needed.
Base: Sint-Oedenrode
Responsibilities
- Collect municipal waste and recyclable materials from the curb.
- Empty waste bins into the garbage truck.
- Return waste bins to their original place.
- Handle bags and bulk waste when required.
- Follow all safety rules and procedures.
- Work outdoors and perform physical tasks.
- Work Monday to Friday, usually 07:00–16:00.
- Work on Saturday when required.
- Work additional hours when needed, for example because of road conditions.
We offer
- Weekly payment: approx. €550–€600 net, excluding accommodation and health insurance costs.
- Hourly wage: €15.63 gross.
- Overtime after 40 hours: 130%.
- Saturday: 150%.
- Travel allowance: €0.23 per km from 10 km.
- Good pension plan in line with the TLN Collective Labor Agreement.
- 24 vacation days + addition of age-related days + 8% vacation allowance, paid once a year.
- Dutch contract.

Job requirements
- Communicative knowledge of the English language.
- Valid category B driving licence to drive a company car.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to carry heavy waste containers.
- Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
- A responsible attitude towards safety and daily work.
