ACM gives green light for Consolid and 24/7 drive merger

Hoofddorp/Son, 13 March 2025 – The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) has approved the merger between Consolid, a specialist in personnel placement for the transport, logistics and mobility sectors, and 24/7 drive, a specialist in recruitment, selection, temporary employment and international recruitment within the transport and logistics sector. With this approval, the merger is official and both companies can continue to build a strong market position in the Netherlands and Europe together as one organisation.

This merger creates an organisation with a joint turnover of 185 million euros, 300 employees and 5,500 temporary workers. By joining forces, clients can count on a broader and more comprehensive range of services, including Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Temporary staffing, International recruitment, Payrolling, Secondment (DETA), Training and education, ZZP support and Platformisation of services.

The board of the holding company is formed by Andrew Zwaarts and Mark Ooiman. The day-to-day management of the new organisation is in the hands of an experienced management team, consisting of: Andrew Zwaarts – CEO 24/7 drive & Consolid, Marco Broeknellis – COO Consolid, Liesbeth la Lau – CFO Consolid, Rutger van Katwijk – COO 24/7 drive NL, Michel van Bekkum – COO 24/7 drive EU and Loek Swinkels – CFO 24/7 drive.

Scheybeeck will remain involved as a shareholder in the further growth and development of the organisation.
