Over 2,000 truck drivers are currently working for our customers in Europe every day. Our goal is to support transport companies in recruiting and hiring the best drivers. This allows these companies to focus on their core business. 24/7 drive is also a member of the Polish HR Forum, which guarantees the highest level of services offered and professionalism in the execution of work.

Recruiting employees

We currently have recruitment offices in Poland, Romania, Bulgaria and Lithuania. At the Polish branch we recruit employees for the Western market, mainly for work in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. However, we’re also developing local business and hiring drivers for Polish companies.

At 24/7 drive, we strive to make the recruitment process as thorough as possible. This allows us to achieve complete satisfaction for both employee and employer. Throughout the carefully managed process, we contact the candidate multiple times and in various ways, and then arrange a meeting between our client and the candidate.

Hiring in Poland

In Poland, the relationship between employers and employees is organised within the framework of the so-called employment relationship, contained in the comprehensive Labour Code. When you are employed via 24/7 drive in Poland:

• it is possible to be employed by us as an intermediary agency or directly on contract with a client,
• for some clients we only provide recruitment arrangements so all formalities are completed by the target company,
• you have great job opportunities without language skills,
• your salary is paid monthly,
• we offer healthcare insurance,
• we do not offer housing.

Employing workers abroad

Working abroad is often associated with higher wages and more opportunity for development. Depending on the country you work in, there may be minimal differences in the type and method of employment, but at 24/7 drive:

• we hire workers on contract directly with us, not with the customer,
• there is an option to be paid weekly,
• we offer a wider selection of job opportunities,
• we offer company housing and health insurance,
• you can count on the support of coordinators in your country of work,
• communicative knowledge of English, Dutch, German or French is required,
• we offer more opportunities for drivers without work experience.
