SON - Seven countries, one name: As of 1 September 2022, 24/7 Chauffeursdiensten and 1ToDrive have continued under the name 24/7 drive. The international employment agency for truck drivers, among others, is taking a step towards even more recognisability and unity throughout Europe.
Recognition also comes in the form of a new logo. More unity means that the recruitment process is picked up even faster, which results in a faster service to the customer and driver. "Speed is essential in our business," explains co-owner Mark Ooiman. "Do you need a driver at five o'clock in the morning? We’ll immediately jump into action. We are available 24/7 for our customers, which is reflected in our new slogan: 24/7 drive / Driven by people."
Founded in 2006 by Mark Ooiman and Andrew Zwaarts, the transport and logistics employment agency is the link between truck drivers looking for jobs and transport companies looking for drivers.
The company is now the largest player in Europe. With more than 100 permanent employees and more than 2,000 drivers at work, 24/7 drive is the only player active in seven countries: The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Lithuania, Poland, Romania and Bulgaria. ,,The word 'drive' in 24/7 drive refers to the driving itself. But certainly also to our passion to work. That is unchanged."
Own, special energy drink
If you work a lot, you can use some extra energy. To celebrate and reinforce the name change, 24/7 drive is introducing its own special energy drink. The beverage cans - which feature both the new name and logo - are distributed to employees, customers, at events and to visitors to the branches.
"When you're behind the wheel for a long time, you need energy 24/7," says Ooiman about the one-off, playful promotion. "Moreover, this drink fits perfectly with the name change to 24/7 drive: new energy, same quality. We face the future with renewed energy."
